World history question!! help plz?

The common answer is C. However, Taoism and Zoroastrianism are both monotheistic and predate Judaism. Also, the Hebrew alphabet was derived from Cuneiform; however, Cuneiform wasn't an alphabet, so A doesn't really make sense as written. They are looking for either A or C.
