What is your favorite Vitamix Recipe?

I just splurged and bought at Vitamix after watching a demo at Costco. It did come with a cookbook and I have visited Vitamix.com but I am curious of what the BEST or your favorite recipes are with the vitamix. I like the sites that users rate the recipes which i wish you could do at vitamix.com
