What is the going rate for Photographers ?

I am supposed to shoot a cookbook in July. There will be 65 recipes to Photograph. I am also laying out the complete book using InDesign. I am guessing it will take me a whole month to do it. What should or could I charge for that project ? Thank You Photographers.
