Did the Qur'an predict modern-day radar technology?

Maybe. My only question is, were this true, why weren't the medieval Muslims using radar? You know.. besides the reasons you mention. I've noticed similar claims about the Big Bang theory and embryology. I've yet to see a convincing, correct interpretation of the verses used to make these claims.
