Can someone tell me japanese particles?

Okay so I'm privately studing japanese...and i really dont feel like learning Kanji. It's 2,000 characters...can i get by without knowing it?? Also....can someone tell me what the paricles are?? I know that 'wa' is a subject marker, but thats about it....also, how do you form a sentence?? like in what order would you put the words?? haha sorry...all i know is the hiragana and katakana alphabet...XD thanks.
