Best ways to learn Russian?

I'm Alec. I speak English, and German. English is my native language, and German is secondary. I also teach myself Dutch, Swedish, Italian, and Russian. I really want to be fluent in all these languages, but most important is the Dutch, Italian and Russian. I know the alphabet in Russian, I know some basic phrases, but I still am so confused in the language, and I spend hours a day and cannot understand some basic grammar rules, what are some books that while help make me fluent in the language? I also want to be good at the speaking as well too.
