Im mentally 10 years older than my schoolmates. is this normal?

well im 14 and every one on my class seems mentaly il in some way. sometimes even the teachers seem to have some kind of mental disorder they dont get half of what im trying to tell them. should i get help my parents know about it but they dont take it seriously. i have 1 friend who understands me we are almost alike exept for the fact that i can be childish sometimes. i pity my friend for the pain he has its causing us a lot of trouble to live in this twisted place. and im really good at english (i live in sweden) everyone else pretty muchly doesnt understand the simplest sentences example: im going out for brunch could you join me. please help me.
